Selected works will engage our international audience through our website and growing social media platforms. Please note that not all submissions will be chosen for publication at the same time. Because of the important number of submissions we receive, not all submitted work will receive a rejection answer. If the submitter does not hear from Grumpy Magazine within 2 weeks, please consider that your submission was not accepted unless claimed otherwise. But it doesn't mean you are excluded from resubmitting your work in the future.
FASHION / LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY
We accept editorial submissions for our print publication as well as our website. Rules are the same for both media, just mention in the email what platform interests you. They should be sent in high resolution with a PDF file mentioning the title of the project and all wardrobe/team credits. This should include (where eligible): photographer, art director, models/agencies, stylist, MUA/hair, assistants names and their Instagram handles.
- Fashion editorials require a minimum of 6 images and 3 looks for consideration.
- Lifestyle photography require a minimum of 6 images only.
Only exclusive editorials / shots that have not been published online, on social media in other publications or on any digital platforms will be considered. We welcome one time photography submissions for our digital platforms (online issues, website, social media) and print publications.
LIFESTYLE & PERSONAL WORK (WRITING, ILLUSTRATIONS)
It’s important for us to be a platform where people can express themselves and bring communities together. Lifestyle posts and personal works can include daily life topics such as travel diaries, poems, reviews, personal stories, think piece, illustrations and so on.
We consider one time posts and people looking for regular contributor positions. If you are interested in a regular position, please include writing samples, published work (where eligible) and Instagram handle.
FEATURES
You would like to contribute voluntarily in a feature with one of our talented guests as a photographer or a writer. Please send us a brief introduction of yourself as well as a link to your online portfolio/published work and relevant social media accounts. We accept amateurs/professionals looking for regular positions as well. You can be based anywhere in the world. Speaking English and/or French is necessary to be considered. If you have no/a limited experience, you will be asked to do a test work with us before moving forward with an official consideration.

CELEBRITIES / TALENTS
We accept celebrities / talents submissions for digital and print features on our website and inside our quarterly publication. Our features include original creative photoshoots done by our crews across the world and interviews that can be coordinated over the phone, email or onsite where possible.
